Refunds are applicable for tangible / physical products such as books, printed materials, or merchandise purchased from LearnIt Nepal.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• The product must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.
• Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Non-Tangible (Digital) Products

All non-tangible products, including but not limited to:

• Online courses and recorded classes
• Live classes once accessed
• Subscriptions and memberships
• Downloadable or streamed content

are strictly non-refundable once access is provided. This is due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital content delivery.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund, please submit a request by contacting our sales team with relevant details such as order ID, payment method, and reason for refund.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by LearnIt Nepal. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
• LearnIt Nepal reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy criteria.

6. Cancellations

Course enrollments or subscriptions cannot be cancelled once activated. Physical product orders may be cancelled only if the item has not yet been shipped.
